 LIQUID RING VACUUM PUMPS Hi-vac is a Johannesburg based company that was established over thirty years ago as designer and manufacturer of liquid ring vacuum pumps. 
Hi-vac's head office and factory is located south-east of Johannesburg with excellent access to the road, rail and air networks which facilitates delivery both to local and overseas customers. The factory consists of over 3000 square metres of floor space, divided into a machine shop, fitting shop, test bay and stores. The machine shop incorporates CNC work centres, heavy boring mills and various lathes and drilling machines. The machine shop has the capacity to machine components for the largest pump the company manufacturers, which includes an impeller with a mass of 4000 kg. The complete range of pumps manufactured by the company can be tested in-house, with test motors available from 1.5 kW to 260 kW. MARKETS 
Hi-vac is a leading supplier of vacuum pumps in South Africa. In addition the company has also supplied pumps to the rest of Africa, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, the USA and Australia.
